BI REPORTS AND ANALYTICS – AGREED TERMS
1. AUTHORITY AND LICENCE FOR USE OF MATERIALS
1.1 We authorise the Customer to use the materials relayed to it upon receipt of the agreed fees.
1.2 The customer may search, view, copy and print out the materials provided as it sees fit for its own use.
1.3 The materials are provided to the Customer company-wide and so may be distributed internally within the Company, and its Subsidiaries, to multiple locations (if desirable).
2. THE CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The Customer will take all steps necessary to ensure that it and any Authorised Users comply with the terms of use of the materials provided under this agreement and will not:
(a) Reproduce any materials except as permitted under this agreement or authorised by us in writing.
(b) Make any part of the materials provided available to any third party except as permitted under this agreement or authorised by us in writing
(c) Alter any part of the materials provided.
2.2 The Customer will take reasonable steps to ensure that nobody other than its authorised personnel accesses materials provided to it under this agreement.
2.3 Permitted Use includes using data in preparation (and dissemination) of any internal documents/presentations, preparation of information for investor presentations and any request from anti-trust organisations – as long as gasworld is named as the source of that information.
3. THE SUPPLIER’S OBLIGATIONS
3.1 We undertake and confirm that we use publicly available information in the preparation of the materials to be provided to the Customer, as well as data obtained from market research that has not been classified as confidential in nature.
3.2 gasworld will not use or publish information or data that comes from a confidential source without written consent from the source, unless such information has become semi-public or public in nature.
3.3 gasworld warrants that all materials to be provided have been prepared in good faith. However, no representation or warranty, either expressed or limited, is made as to the reliability, completeness or accuracy of this report. As such, no responsibility or liability whatsoever is accepted by any person including gasworld, its respective officers, employees or associate consultants for any errors or omissions in the materials provided. It is for the Customer to decide what action to take based on this work, without redress to gasworld for the consequences for
such action.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 The materials to be provided to the Customer under this agreement will be prepared and delivered via email as and when payment is received in full (if payment is made by credit card, a receipt invoice will be issued to you via email).
4.2 All relevant banking and transmission charges relating to electronic bank transfers (e.g. for transfer of funds) will remain the responsibility of the client to arrange payment for. Payment is therefore restricted to electronic transfers or credit cards – cheques are not acceptable.
5. TERMINATION
5.1 This agreement will terminate if you are in material breach of any of its terms and if the breach is not remedied within the period of twenty working days after written notice of it having occurred.
BI ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS – AGREED TERMS
1. AUTHORITY AND LICENCE FOR USE OF MATERIALS:
1.1 We authorise you to use the electronic materials for the Term which you agree to pay us the Subscription Fee
(Annual).
1.2 This authority and licence starts when you enter into this agreement and will terminate as stated above unless otherwise renewed in writing by The Company beforehand.
1.3 You may search, view, copy and print out material containing materials for your own use.
1.4 The Subscription is for a company licence and so employees designated as Authorised Users will be allowed access to BI Online through a single IP address or via registration using a company-wide domain address (i.e. if the company is a 50% + owned subsidiary).
2. THE COMPANY OBLIGATIONS:
2.1 You will take all steps necessary to ensure that you and any Authorised Users comply with the terms of use of the Services in this agreement and will not: (a) Reproduce any Materials nor any material relating to part of the Services, except as permitted under this agreement or authorised by us in writing; (b) make any part of the Materials or of the Services available to any third party except as permitted under this agreement or authorised by us in writing; (c) Alter any part of the Materials or Services;
2.2 You will take reasonable steps to ensure that nobody other than you accesses the Materials or Services using accounts created with your username and password unless accessed under a single IP address.
2.3 Permitted Use includes using data in preparation (and dissemination) of any internal documents/presentations, preparation of information for investor presentations and any request from anti-trust organisations – as long as gasworld is named as the source of that information.

3.4 gasworld adheres to the European and other GDPR directives and will keep details of all the Customers representatives on a secure server and these will not be released to any third parties without written authorisation from the Customer to do so. However, by submitting representative’s details, you agree to gasworld representatives contacting them in relation to the BI online services and any written reports that may be purchased through the subscription as well as to any other gasworld service that may be of relevance to the Customer and its representatives.
4. PAYMENT:
4.1 The materials to be provided to the Customer under this agreement will be prepared and delivered via our online portal when payment is received in full (if payment is made by credit card, a receipt invoice will be issued to you via email).
4.2 All relevant banking and transmission charges relating to electronic bank transfers (e.g. for transfer of funds) will remain the responsibility of the client to arrange payment for. Payment is therefore restricted to electronic transfers or credit cards – cheques are not acceptable.
5. TERMINATION:
5.1 This agreement will terminate if you are in material breach of any of its terms and if the breach is not remedied within the period of twenty-one working days after written notice of it having occurred. Failure to remedy or resolve the breach will result in the representatives being temporarily, or permanently, suspended from having access to the BI Online service.
5.2 No refund will be returned for any termination during the year.
6. VALUE ADDED TAX
6.1 For UK customers the online subscription element is subject to VAT.
